Forgotten Title HELP CNOVEL THAT I AM DESPERATELY TRYING TO FIND

hiii so i kind of need help huhu i've read this novel around a month ago and wasn't able to finish it :<< the plot and details of the story was kind of like this:
1. it was a bg novel, with a female lead
2. she kind of disappeared for some reason, and it was on the ML's birthday (i think it was his 18th birthday)
3. she kinda time traveled years later when the ML was much more mature
4. On that day, she was carrying a basket (?) it was a gift for the ML
5. ML kinda went psycho idk but for me he sorta did since he was making rock sculptures in the attic
6. so after the MC time traveled, she was completely trapped inside the house by the ML

 

Give a Kiss to Paranoid Men - it is actually a QT and in the 1st arc the MC suddenly disappears and again appears in front the ML years later.
