How did it happens, just how. Isn't tech forums supposed to be exciting? Where people accidentally burn their house with cheap usb cables. Or cut their fingers off when trying to change a cooling fan in their computer?
NUFfians are far more likely to get burnt out from binging books than burn their house down with faulty cables. They are also more liable to get paper cuts from turning pages than cut fingers from attempting to change cooling fans... sorry to disappoint your expectations. Now lemme get back to the only DIY I'm capable of... *goes back to reading*
If someone's house burns down they aren't going to come to NUF to talk about it. If someone cuts their fingers off, how do you expect them to type?
Even if it ever happen they won't post it in a novel site heck even in computer site they seldom if ever post there(only instance that I saw is about faulty batteries) . This ain't *insert social media sites* Ahem*r/talesfromtechsupport*ahem
gonna have to agree with the people above me. if i accidently exploded my laptop, novelupdates is the last website i would go to
Yeah, we are also one of the first forums to have the general quility of c9bjz nand die tested and listed online. NUF forums is actually quite on the edge with techs.
I didn't know that a computer cooling fan could be that dangerous...I shouldn't play with it after this.
Maybe if we extend the meaning of "tech" to non-machine related, there would be more interesting things? Like for example, asking about how to make a fire in a temperate forest vs a tropical forest using local plants or techniques.... which technically is another definition of "technology" Or go to the extreme end of machines and ask if I wanted to build a Death Star that could destroy planets, what materials would I need and the amount of time and skills needed?
Nah, that won't be fun anymore when people really needed help or recommendations. Tech forums are quite helpful from times to time, unless one go to the extreme to things that get too technical. Though @runsing should really allow the discussion of ES and QS chips in forums. My special money saving overclocking ultra performance guide won't work without ES, QS, Laptop BGA to LGA boards. Runsing is responsible for the 50% of the boringness.
eh~ mostly for browsing novel~ ads, how to mtl, browser compatibility~ meh not really correct place to poking tech, unless maybe how to build paper from zero?
dude. this is not a hardcore tech forum. Most people here are "average" people who don't know much and don't care about overclocking ram. Ofc it will be empty, you make more than half of the threads there.
Only you can improve workplace safety. Call your IT guy instead of fiddling with things so we don't need to make the tech forum a yubi graveyard.
