I really hope that chloe tells them where they can shove that attitude because theo was the only one who was there for her since the beginning while they were all doing who knows what. Like in the last chapter the crown prince and 2nd prince speculate that almost everyone is a suspects, everyone who wants a connection to royal family, BUT the biggest suspects are the princes mothers - yeah, each prince has his own mother. So MC mother being loved by the emperor is a huge problem for them as each wants their own son to be the next emperor. Also, the situation is very difficult bc MC mother and her entire family is dead by now, so it's difficult to get any concrete leads into the case.

So it's interesting, what happened in the past and who basically anihilated MC mother and her fam, and sold MC into slavery?
