Its taste delicious for me bro when its fresh and if the cook really knows how to preoare it...but really depends in your taste.. i like street foods.
My mom always cooks it for my family, even though she's the only one who likes it. Livers taste very metallic and has a crumbly texture, which I don't like. I recommend lungs, cause those actually taste good when stir-fried.
Had it a couple of times when I was younger, nearly barfed; now I'm too lily-livered to try liver again.
I love liver, everyone in my family does. Sadly, a chicken only has one. So I remember it being a battle at the dinner table on who would get it. Especially since it's hard to find in a chicken curry. I only ever had fried liver once. But it was awesome.
I loved both cow's lung and liver, but i especially love liver if its cooked correctly.. They're very healthy and taste really good, if i could eat it every day i would no doubt would eat it.. too bad my family didn't like it as much as my dad and i do.
>.> I've given it 5 chances in total, and they all failed I actually thought liver being disgusting was a popular opinion
I used to eat it once or twice a month. I didn't exactly like the taste, but I didn't mind eating it either. As far as I know, most people don't eat livers here. Too much vitamin A and cholesterol to be healthy I guess.
