I don't mind the slice of life arc going on right now when there is a lot of chapters left to read not when I'm up-to-date I'm stopping for now until there or 10+ chapter to read in a row

its normal for u to talk with them but they don't if they talk to hyuman and demihuman

If the beast can talk then it will be easier to know what they need. That would basically make it easier to increase it's loyalty, making them less likely to disobey orders.

 

The beasts in Asora at the least are very intelligent. It's another way to interfere in that world using beasts to act like spies or recon agents.

I see potential here. Raidou the founder of the tamer's guild, once he creates it he can shove all the responsibilities to Haku in the worst case. The threats from the wasteland is reduced, Tsige and adventurers are strengthened, the oirginal purpose of the adventurers guild is reduce the power of hyumans and BUG. The BUG's apostle hated adventurer related skills since she couldn't interfere with them like magic and high level adventurers like Toa can make it difficult for BUG's church to get their way.

I hope our Moon Grizzly friend can find a name change tutor like in Pokemon to change his nickname. Haku probably noticed something because grizzly bears are terminology from Earth.

The moon grizzly looks like a larger version of a bear native to Japan. Haku is FROM Japan. There are no moon ursine in Bug's world. She saw something from her home world after being on Bug planet for hundreds of years. You'd be shocked too.

Not sure what Erent Novice is but I keep thinking of the Super Novice from Ragnarok online.
A base class that never picked a class path.
I'm guessing the route to dual class is dying and being brought back. Such as Dio having his head cut off and then a new body grown in. Head retains old class, new body gets a 2nd.

 

I hadn't seen the trailer yet, but I'm looking forward to it anyway. My only complaint from the trailer is... holy balls, the voices for Tomoe and Mio in their monster forms are horrific. I'd say their humanoid voices are terrific, but dayum. Not so sure about Mikoto's VA too, it seems too... hmm, light? Lighthearted? Well, maybe that one will grow on me.

 

The adventurers of origin members like Haku seem to be based off that. Author appears to be a fan of RPG's like that and by extension we can assume the adventurer guild jobs function the same in some part. Onion Knight also comes to mind.

Did Makoto unlock two jobs as well? He read something that Root couldn't. We'll see next chapter.

 

I think the guild cards broadcast their info into your head, and Makoto was just reading out the message on the card, I don't think it automatically unlocks a second job in whoever touches it.

I just started reading this again after several years, now that I realize there are almost double the chapters as when I stopped.

Been wondering for a long time now...

Are the MC and/or either of his siblings half Earth human/half hyuman? I ask this because their mom was a cheating whore in the Bug’s world, so it wouldn’t be far fetched for her to keep up the trend. (Honestly I think it would be naive to think she wouldn’t)

To me, this is a serious question. One that has been nagging at me for years.

Half-humans in fantasy settings often seem to be OP compared to either of the parent species, and our MC certainly has that in spades.

Considering all the trials his parents went through to get to earth I don't think that she would do something like that again.

 

When did MC mom sleep around?

 

Memory of it is hazy, read it a long time ago but it’s roughly like this;

-Years before the main story, in the Bug’s world before the MC’s parents ‘eloped’ to Earth
-MC’s parents were in love and got married
-MC’s mom got seduced(?) by someone and/or simply cheated on MC’s dad
-the mom got outed very publicly
-man she cheated with publicly boasted to MC’s dad about it and got killed
-MC’s parents were both shunned
-they eloped to earth (I don’t actually remember the trials but this is where they would be)

I think that was how it went, boiled down.
Not sure if it was a regular chapter or one of the extra chapters, if it was flashback or conversation about the past etc.
