    You see i was wondering what people do when they get irritated to ease their discomfort therefore i made this thread

    what i do is
    break pencils (very satisfying, also the better the pencil the better the satisfaction):
    especially seeing the remains of the pencil you get an indescribable happiness which is so good


    smash my metronome
    if there are no pencils in my reach this is what I do or if pencils are not satisfying me at that time i start enjoying this


    delete my past blogs on nuf or welcome newbies (new way)
    this is very satisfying but personally i think breaking pencils is better

    I see... you're prone to destructive behavior under stress. I generally sleep it off or read something happy— get transported to fictional worlds— to take my mind off it. Ranting about it someone understanding also helps take the edge off.

    I watch random yt videos or scroll through Pinterest. Listening to music helps me a lot too.

    I either, eat, sleep, rant about it, or listen to rock music :aww: Sometimes even literally cooling my head (staying under an aircon or something) works kek

    I just listen to my favorite music and read past novels I've already finished reading. Really helps distract you from stuff without it arousing anxiety

    workout. lifting won't cut it so usually boxing or muaythai.

    Irritation due to physical pain? Curl up on my bed to try to lessen the discomfort. There is also a chance I could fall asleep and no longer have to deal with that shit.
    If it’s irritation caused by emotional problems I go do what I like such as reading manga and novels. Sometimes I also play music.

    oh i would be ok if it was stress cause i am the guy who improves under stress
    but i dont like it if it is stress that i dont like
    or if i am ticked off

    • Option A: I take a walk outside, clean my room, or wash dishes
    • Option B: I put on relaxing music and pop my stash of bubble wrap
    • Option C: I watch funny/cute youtube videos while snacking
