We've got the MXTX classics hahaha: The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation, Heaven Official's Blessing, Scum Villain's Self-Saving System... for personal favorites, I've gotta rec The Dumb Husky and His White Cat Shizun (not fully human translated, but there is a pretty well-cleaned and understandable MTL). As for some less known ones, I really loved the slow-paced Spring Trees and Sunset Clouds. If you want something really painful- Cold Sands.

Faraway wanderers (drama called word of honor, badass couple) Lord Seventh (heavy on The Court politics and also prequel to faraway wanderers, you don't have to read it tho to understand the other one) Golden Stage (somewhat heavy on The Court politics too but less and the couple is absolutely badass and switches too (a bonus lol)) The Wife is First (recommending this even though its not completely done because its freaking good, there's only about 20 or so chapters left in translation)
