You can say a serious or non-serious one What would you use as a nickname for them? How about your name? Was your name tragic, or do you think your parents had great taste in names just like yourself? I want to name my baby Chysanthemum and call them Kris *cough* (I have great taste, No judging! )

I think I’d like to name my child after someone they can look up to as a role model, whether real or fictional. For example, have my daughter’s middle name be “Carter” after “Stargate SG-1”’s Samantha Carter. Maybe have the first name be Ruth (RBG) or Rosa (Rosa Parks), something like that. Maybe a boy could be Martin (MLK Jr.). But the idea is to give them a name they can be proud to have because of the people it’s associated with.

If I had a daughter.... I don't know why I think of Vasvi. But Vasvian is also what I think of (Vasvi + Vian) to name her. It's how I came up with Arbelbyss (Arbel + Elbyss/Elbis). Though for a son.... I still haven't thought of that.

I'll just wing it if our names don't work together. After all my minimum requirement is that their names won't get them made fun of and it sounds unique enough.
Wasn't that my first answer? My eldest sis did that. Her name starts with "k", her husbands name starts with "j". Their kid's initials are K and j. For example, Katelyn Jade.
