Has anyone here finished reading the novel? I myself have reached chapter 1000 of the novel, and I am kinda afraid to read further. When I first started reading the novel, Fang Xingjian (the MC) was a victim of bullying. He had the right to exact terrible vengeance upon his enemies. Then later on, he also became a victim of the crown prince's persecutions. So far so good. He was righteous. Cold-hearted, yes. But righteous. But later on, Spoiler after the Purple Warlock hit him with a "love ball," he became evil? He started sending his subordinates to slaughter entire clans who refused to be absorbed into the empire. He literally became a villain on the same level as the crown prince who had once persecuted him. My questions are: Spoiler Will he ever recover and become his past righteous self? Will he regret the mistakes he made while in evil mode?
I mean i did not compelete it, stopped a little before but mc have 0 good emotions and even if he have he is very cold so i don't think he will change, and trough the entire stories he was not righetous but more neutral type. Have a good day.
