Both of your questions, the answer is yes. I can't guarantee that Jade (ML) never interacted with Cecilia after Viche's death as he had turn into tyrant and going rampant, thus using all magic he had to turn back time. And I believe Jade had like Viche since the first time line since that the reason he turn back time.
Spoiler: Vol 2: #12 Life Plan: Part I Viche's is being escorted by Duffy is complaining why does HE have to do this. Viche tells him she doesn't have anyone else and Jade is to escort Cecil Duffy replies, who's stupid idea was that? Viche says she did it. Duffy just stares at her and then shakes his head exasperated at Viche. Then they bicker a little bit about his priesthood position, etc. They both watch as Jade escorts Cecilia to the banquet Jade looks stiff and Viche's wonders, does he look like that when he works? Finally they sit down at the table and have what Viche thinks is a nice conversation. Duffy asks what she's looking at. Viche tells Duffy, don't they look good? Duffy looks at Viche and tells her she's an idiot. ---- Jade and Cecil are not having a nice conversation. Instead, Cecilia irritated asks why did he bother escorting her a Jade comments he's trying a lot of new things and he tells Cecilia to cooperate more which makes Cecil snap, aren't you being childish trying to provoke jealously? Benjamin just wants to get through all this stuff and he's tired of hearing their struggles (well it's Jade's struggles) Suddenly Jade goes "Good idea." Suddenly Benjamin freezes up as he realizes what he just said and Jade's response going..wait...you're going to skip the ceremony?!? Then he thinks of his cousin, Viche and her reaction going...okay..this is not good. "Wait! Your majesty, I made a slip of the tongue." Trying to talk Jade out of Benjamin's idea. Jade thinks why not and Benjamin quickly thinks of a better answer tells Jade that woman would get tired of "unruly men" and Viche's probably shy so he needs to slow down and work it out with her, etc. Benjamin is suddenly give love life lessons to Jade and gets Jade keep being the nice compassionate man to Viche. and to not rush it. Spoiler: Vol 2: #13 Pumpkin Necklace: Part I Viche is still trying to figure out an escape plan and support Cecilia who doesn't want to be around the emperor. A box is delivered to Viche's room and when she opens it, there is a gorgeous necklace with a jeweled pendant in the shape of a pumpkin. Viche is in love at the superior craftsmanship and how it glistens in the light so her greed gets to her and she's like..well if it's delivered to my room, it's mine right? So she decides to try it on. Viche can't believe how beautiful the necklace is and admires how it reflects the color of her eyes. She's in love. Finally she feels she's got to put the item away as she's been to greedy and so she starts to try to find the clasp. Welp...she can't. For some reason she can't unlock it and calls her maid Hannah in to help. Hannah can't either and she mentions there must be magic that doesn't allow it to be removed once put on. Viche's like magic? Why use magic? Is it because it's too expensive? She asks Hannah who brought in the box. She mentions one of the emperor's staff. --- Having tried to avoid Jade, Viche has no choice but to find him working late in his office. Jade smiles as he see Viche approach and she asks him if he left the box in her room? Viche gets embarrassed as she tells him she tried it on and for some reason it can't be undone so she turns to him to help her unclasp the necklace. Jade has been staring at her for a bit smiles more and doesn't help to remove the necklace and tells her it looks good on her. He tells her it looks good on her and that the necklace is for her. He then tells her that she will have it for life. Viche's like..what does that mean?!? Why is he so cryptic. Then Jade reaches out and couches the pumpkin crystal and puts it in his hand. A light suddenly shines from the jewel into his hand. Viche's like ?!#!? "My lifeline" "What? What did you just say?" Why would such a word be attached to this necklace?!? "Because without it, I might die." Viche freaks out going I'm so sorry she put on his necklace and they need to take it off to give to him. Jade tells her she needs to keep it. Viche tells him that's crazy and insist that he needs to take it so he can stay alive as it seem he will be kept alive by the jewel. Viche stamps her feed in protest which makes Jade smile. Jade tells her it will take a lot of magic to do so and you'll need a lot of wizards to pour their power in AND if they to it wrong, it might make the necklace explode and the both would die so he really doesn't think that's a good idea. Viche frantically asks if he needs this necklace to live, what happens if took it off now. He tells her he will die. This makes Viche angry at Jade saying they need to solve this right away. Jade tells Viche, if she leaves him, he will die. So let us solve this, Jade tells Viche becomes more stark as he now looks at Viche. "Because it is like you are going way." Finally Viche asks Duffy if he can remove the necklace. This sets off Duffy as he goes off that's WHY they summoned him all the way to the palace? To remove Viche's necklace? Doesn't she have hands? "It's not just any kind of necklace" Viche snaps back and tells him it was given to her by Jade. This makes Duffy pause. "...that Jade?" Then Duffy starts to laugh and laugh very hard. Through his laughter you hear, "...that's very cunning..." Cecilia crosses her arms and looks at Duffy who stops laughing and tells Viche fine, lemme see. As Viche sits in front of him he exams the necklace and Vishe asks, is what he doing dangerous? "Only if you keep opening your mouth." After a moment, Viche asks, "Well....?" Defeated Cecilia pats Viche on her shoulders than she says, "Why don't you just coax the Emperor to unlatch it and then never come back to him again?" Viche gapes at Cecilia as that is not helping. He tells her he honestly doesn't know as it comes and goes. By now a mini - volcano is erupting in Viche and she wondering what, I need to be within 5 minutes or else he's hurting!?!...So she snaps if she has to leave or get's lost somewhere then he dies? He tells her yes, then he has to die. This gets Viche angry and she tells him let's make it easy for him and take of the necklace ! She doesn't want him to die and this is so ridiculous. Jade finally tells her he can't as the imprint lasts 3 months and they can solve that issue in 3 months. Viche asks if he's sure as there's no other way. Jade yes. Fine she tells him, then let them solve it in 3 months and if he doesn't she'll get so angry with him that she'll break up with him. Jade replies "hmmm" as he's pondering something and comments, "That's enough, alright." What's enough? Viche wonders but too afraid to ask. "Stay close to me until then." Viche looks at him and why does his smile make her nervous? --- Two men meet in a hallway. Jade was leaning outside look through a window, Duffy approaches him. Jade waves to him. When Duffy arrives, he ask, "What are you going to do?" Jade grins, "Why don't you put a subject on that question." Duffy looks at him and says, "My cousin" "What do you think I'm going to do?" Sighing Duffy tells Jade if he pressure 'the rabbit' too hard, it will run away. Knowing what 'rabbit' they are talking about, Jade tells Duffy, then we will just catch them. "Is there anyone who knows as well as you do?" "But sometimes I feel I don't know anything about Viche." "Every time I think I'm getting closer, only to realize I'm miles away. Enough to doubt before my eyes." Duffy asks Jade what is his future plans. Jade asks what if he just give his all his heart out to Viche and takes Duffy's cousin's hand and they run away? They talk a bit more but Duffy's worried about Jade. That he can die anytime and what will that due to their cousin as well. Viche being oblivious in my opinion, she just sees everything as novel which she need to fit her role and go back. Maybe even if she realized Jade's feeling for her, she might still contemplating whether to accept or not since she needs to go back to her world and remember the first chapter where she heard the mysterious voice? that voice might indicates other meaning that she had to discover and that's what's makes me interested with their interaction. At least there's no suffer here and it quite an easy going plot so far. P/s how beautiful it is for a pumpkin to be a necklace ? I mean Jade seriously know how peculiar is Viche's taste. She's having such unique taste is she *I need to reread a few times and learn to disperse my smiles.

She is lovely and has silver hair and red eyes. Against her advisor's advice she decides to make a trip to the empire to meet the newly crowned Emperor. --- Jade stares at the letter in his hand and tells his advisors who are around him, "Interesting." "The Princess of Nerpasa is going to visit the Empire." They all look up. "Without my permission." They look away at his cold tone as Jade comments thinks this should be fun. --- Viche hears there is a hunting competition from her maid Hannah. Become interested in this Hannah explains the animals caught are given as a tribute to the goddess to thank them and hope for a fruitful next year. Viche wants to enter and thinks about learning how to use a bow. ---- "A bow?" Jade chuckles as he watches Viche amused. He asks if she's interested in the competition. She tells him yes she is and wonders if it's okay for ladies to participate. He tells her it's fine and gets up and tells her to go with him. She tells him great, as she follows him and asks who's the knight who will teach her the bow? Jade grins and tells her he will teach her. ?!?!? At that moment, I felt my heart hitting the bat more than when I saw the arrow hit by the target. Suddenly I realized Jade's face was so close to me and that he was staring at me. Just inches away was Jade's face. "Well done." Jade was only looking at me, seeing where the arrow was stuck. It's like seeing a cute animal with eyes full of loveliness. My face suddenly got feverish. As Jade slipped back, I started to fan myself. "Why is the day so hot?" Jade was looking at me like that. For some reason, the eyes kept on tightly closed lips without saying a word. Say something! It's embarrassing! I heard a leak of laughter and Jade's mouth opened. "Now do it alone." Spoiler: Vol 2: #14: Uninvited guests or guests: Part II As the lesson continues, Jade steps back to watch Viche Viche is so conscious of Jade's nearness and warmth during the 1st lesson that can't concentrate on his verbal directions very well and can't seem to hit the a target anymore. Jade asks if her eyes are bad? Viche sadly tells him she doesn't know why dejected, so Jade ends up coming back and wrapping his body around her once more. More conscious of Jade than ever, when bends down, his hair brush her cheeks and she loose all thoughts and starts to stutter trying to move away. Instead Jade holds her tighter not letting her go and telling her they need to work on her posture a bit more. Viche finally confesses his contact is burdensome. Laughing behind her, "Why are you nervous?" "Huh, huh?" Wouldn't you be nervous? He's hugging me from behind! "You said you didn't see me as a man." "No, it's not like you have to be a man...….” Then Jade's hand slowly brushed through my finger. "Hey! Because you're touching strangely...…!” "Strange?" "Of course!" "Viche, this is just a lesson." Jade's words embarrass me for no reason. Yeah, Jade's teaching you a bow, but I shouldn't be overreacting on my own.…! "Sorry." Telling herself to relax because it is a lesson, Viche tries to concentrate on the lesson again, even with Jade's touching. Somehow she is able to get through and start to hit her targets. Jade suggest they do this every day, and concerned he reaches out to hold Viche's hand noticing they're getting red.. He brushes them gently. Viche's thinking how did we get to this? --- After their lesson, Viche comes to visit Cecilia who examines her red hands. Viche asks if Cecilia will join her in the hunting competition. Viche tells her not really and then teases Viche by saying , Oh by the btw, the Emperor seems to be behind his work thanks to Viche. Viche, who's been trying to get them together, finally asks Cecilia if she has an interests in Jade as a man. Cecilia stares at Viche for a moment and then asks if Viche's insane with her thinking. Cecilia starts to laugh and begs Viche to please stop imagining such terrible thing as it's the most ridiculous thing she's ever been asked. For some reason, hearing Cecilia's definite answer makes Viche collapse from tension suddenly. Why is feeling so relieved??! "Ha… … .” A sigh came out. My heart was scared of where I was going now. Viche realizes her heads has always been full of Jade but what stops her thoughts and heart was if not Cecil WHO will save Jade? Who will heal his curse? This causes her mind to go crazy as she wants to save him. Thinking about escaping her overthinking mind and heart she wants to go on a vacation. Suddenly both are informed they have a royal guest. The Princess of Nerpasa will be arriving soon. Viche realizes in the original novel the Princess is a rival to Cecilia for Jade's love...but then...Cecilia doesn't like Jade so...what will happen now? Viche thinks maybe she should hid in her room when the Princess appears. --- That plan doesn't work out as well as she misses the outdoors and when she wanders outside to see servants bustling around brining in trunks, etc. It is a procession. Viche sees a tall knight with red hair standing guard. He looks familiar to her. It's the stranger who saved her in the alley that knight! --- Viche watches as the beautiful Princess Amelda approaches the throne where Jade sits. Jade in turn greets her coldly asking that she must have worked very hard to come to the empire. Amelda tells Jade since a new Emperor has been crowned. She tells him the old Emperor had a made a promise to join Nerpasa and Taranto in marriage. "What would that have to do with me?" They exchange more pleasantries but Jade has had enough and asks what is the real reason she is here. The princess finally tells Jade she just would like an appointment to visit the Emperor, that is all. Suddenly it is the tall handsome red-headed knight that walks in. He is directing people to bring in rich goods to present as a gift to the empire. Amelda introduces, the man as "General Kentrick (켄트릭) Bastian of the Nerpasa kingdom." Jade seems more interested in the general than the princess. Finally after looking at them for a few minutes tells her, "I don't think I need to full-fill the promise of marriage, do I." Amelda offers quickly instead allow her to stay as an envoy for the kingdom. Jade tells her fine and sneers that he hopes she will be comfortable. Spoiler: Vol 2: #14: Uninvited guests or guests: Part III With the royal guest, the palace has become even more busy that Jade can't come to teach Viche. As she struggling, a voice comes behind asking if it's the bow that's causing her trouble. Viche turns and it's General Kentrick. He quickly introduces himself and takes Viche's bow and picks up an arrow and proceeds to hit the target. Viche introduces herself and he tells her he knows her identity. She asks if he remembers her from the incident where he helped her escape. He tells her he does as she's the lady that kept grabbing his leg so pathetically for help. Then he asks what brings her to the palace. Viche's thinking of different excuses and settles with she's her to help the Saint. He's looks at her strangely. He proceeds to give Viche directions on how to shoot her bow with careful and minimal contact. Viche does a terrible job and keeps failing that finally the General tells her she really isn't good at so maybe she should give up. Irked at him, Viche retorts it's because she just started. Curious he asks her why the bow? She tells him its for a hunting competition in a puffy defense. She asks if he's interested in participating. He tells her he's not into killing animals. This get's Viche confused and quickly Gneral Kentrick answer it's not what's she's thinking which surprises Viche as how can he tell. He tells her she's not good at hiding her expressions and thoughts. They have a pleasant conversation and Viche. She discovers at that Amelda and General Kentrick are cousins. Viche thanks him for the lesson and General Kentrick nods slightly and walks away. Spoiler: Vol 2: #15: Hunting competition, each target.: Part I Viche is invited to an official dinner by Jade. Princess Amelda will be there as well. She is seated next to Cecila who sits directly across from the Princess, General and at the head of the table is Jade. This is a strange seating order for Viche and Cecila. Jade informs them, the Princess wanted to meet the Saint But the Princess eyes are hooked on Cecila as she asks what position does Viche occupy. Viche thinking what should she say settles that she's the saint's helper. Both Jade and Cecilia just look at Viche with really exasperated expressions at her absurd statement As the amazing meal is being served and it's an uncomfortable silence Jade suddenly says out loud, "So I hear the you practiced the bow with the General." Viche's like, how does he know and who's the question for? General Kentrick turns stiff. "How was it? Was it better than me?" "Uh...I guess it helped a lot." "Hmm?" Jade's eyes narrow. "It seems the General has a deep skill of the bow." General Kentrick tells him, "It's not bad." "I see." and asks the General why doesn't he participate in the competition. General Kentrick suddenly agrees. "It must be fun. Isn't that right, Viche." Jade comments. ALL eyes turn on a person named "Viche" sitting at the table. "...Alright...?" Jade tells "Viche" let's make it more exciting. And offers a bet between Viche and him. Where he, Viche and the general will compete and the winner gets their wish granted. "Wish.." Viche looks nervous and the General Kentrick asks if she's alright. This sets Jade off watching the General being concerned for Viche and both have subtle barbs at each other. With Jade saying subtle sometimes to decides things are as simple as a flip of a coin. This makes Kendrick chuckle and Viche's lost. Viche's thinking this is getting ugly but the Princess tells the General to just enjoy it as a fun competition. Cecilia mentions that it competition is just around the corner and how is Viche doing on her practicing. Viche tells her smiling shyly it's getting somewhat better. Cecilia turns and tells Jade "I'm really looking forward to the competition. Right, Your Majesty?" “I'm really looking forward to it.” Jade's expectation, speaking with a soft voice makes Viche slightly worry. Spoiler: Vol 2: #15: Hunting competition, each target.: Part II The day of the competition has arrived and Cecilia comments that Viche looks good in pants. Then Duffy appears and Cecilia beams at him happy that he is there and then jabs at Viche asking if she really knows how to ride a horse. Cecilia and Duffy see her off and both head to the seats to watch. Jade tells her good luck as well. The competition starts and all competitors spread out in the forest. Both General Kentrick and Viche wish each other good look and both head out. Some time has passed and Viche's been having a difficult time finding prey so she decides to get off her horse and go through the forest on foot. As she is wandering through the forest she gets lost. Starting to freak out and she wonders if Jade or Duffy will be able to find her and Benjamin is probably too busy. Suddenly a horse appears and it's General Kentrick. He greets her and Viche's trying not to look like she's lost as now she's embarrassed. He sees their are leaves in her hair and she quips that she likes to work hard which makes him grin and acknowledges that she does work hard. She notices he's he's empty handed as well and asked him if he found a prey. He shrugs telling her if he did, he probably let it go as he was not really interested. He asks how about her? Getting embarrassed as she is unsuccessful she tells him same. General Kendrick says "Right" and turns asking her to follow him. She follows him and after a bit, she's wondering where they are going and wouldn't they get lost. Suddenly he stops her and and tells her to look. There's a wild boar ahead. He tells her that since she saw it, now's her chance to get the prize. Viche's like "huh?" and then General Kentrick pulls one of her bows out and guides her to take the shot. Giving her instructions quietly to stand straight, aim and draw. He gentle tells her, "now" and Viche releases the arrow. It hits the boar. "By the way, a wild boar has a habit of running wild when attacked." Viche's like seriously? You tell me this now? And suddenly the boar is charging at them. The General easily draws his bow and starts to shot the boar with arrows then he turns to Viche, Why aren't you shooting? Suddenly General Kendrick is behind Viche and guides her to shoot. "This is your hunt so you must finish it." "But the General has already...?" "The beginning and end are important. It's the process." Then he helps her draw and she strikes the boar down with the final arrow. He tells her 'Congratulations'. Vishe protests saying that he did the work. He tells her he only helped a-little and think of as beginner's consideration. She asks why did he really help her? Was she looking really pathetic. "Well, ...it's because I don't have a wish to make." She tells him he's being stupid which makes General Kendrick look at her oddly for second as she just called the man who just the helped her stupid. Viche thinks it is amusing make his face twitch. General Kendrick tells her to fire her firework to signal the kill as it will bring servants to take the prize away. Viche doesn't really want to claim the prize but she's confronted by servants who rush asking if she did that...she studders...okay. She asks if the general will hunt again, he tells her he needs to head back as it's dark. Viche tells him she will share the prize if she wins with him. He doesn't say much and walks away to find his horse. Spoiler: Vol 2: #15: Hunting competition, each target.: Part III When Viche returns Cecilia rushes to her to see if she's alright. Then she's really happy for Viche as she can't believe the boar Viche has caught is so big and that Viche is incredible. Viche is wondering if Jade is back. Suddenly he appears rushing on horseback and he jumps down and rushes to her asking where has she been? Where did she go? She came late after the competition started. Viche is confused and surprised at the worry and concern in his voice. Jade then finally sees the boar on the cart and mumbles something after looking at it. "Are you hurt?" he asks Viche. Viche still confused tells him she's alright. Sighing Jade pulls hands her a warm red Cape telling her she must be cold. Viche then notices there's no cart around Jade and asks if he came back empty handed. Cecilia comments if Viche is going to win since it's a huge boar. Jade smiles and tells the servants to weight the prize. Ends up another nobleman killed a bear so Viche didn't win. --- Returning back to the palace, Viche washes up and dresses up to head to the evening banquet. There are very dressed up woman walking around. As she wanders and a voice tells her that that her hair hasn't dried yet. It's General Kentrick dressed neatly in white. She tells him it dries quickly. "You are so.." he can't finish his sentence and shakes his head. She tells him she didn't expect him at the party as he must be tired. He express this is not his thing but then...and then she sees him glance over at the Princess. Viche notices Princess Amelda is looking for Jade. Thinking the General and Viche have already said their hello, she thinks it's about time the part ways but notices he hasn't turned to leave yet. She sees the Princess looking at the General now, Viche wonders if the General is being pressured to get some information from Viche about Cecil because of Viche's position as the Saint's helper. Sensing an awkward moment, Viche tells him thank you for the help again. He tells her that she didn't win. Viche tells him it was still an accomplishment and someday she would like to return the favor of helping him. He looks at her telling that he'l postpone the offer for now. Suddenly Viche hears her name and it's Cecilia who's entered with Jade. Both walk to her. Viche looks at Jade and asks if he's alright as she wonders if Cecilia was Jade because she was healing him as he looks pale. He tells her he's alright. Then the princess approaches them wonder where the the two have been. She tells Jade it's odd to bring a Holy Saint to live in the Palace and that she though the Empire and the temple had a bad relationship. Jade responds that the Prince is not wrong but the Saint is extraordinary so there's nothing to compare. Princess Amelda wonders if the saint is there for the Emperor personally. Jade replies not rising to her comments, "Any thing is fine when it is appropriate" and both smile at each other coldly. Cecila pulls Viche away quickly to get some dessert. She tells Viche, as they are far way, that the Princess is one scary person and that the Princess scares her. She's like a female version of Jade. Both start to comment they seem to be herbivores in a sea of carnivores and get a good chuckle out of their conversations. --- After Jade has left, Princess Amelda commands the General to come to her. She points towards the two ladies (Cecil and Viche) huddled in a corner talking. She asks if the General if 'she' (Cecilia) will be an obstacle for her. According to the information they purchased, it is rumored the Viche is close with the Saint but looking at Viche, he tells Amelda he doesn't know. Amelda tells General Kendrick that she has never failed to get what she wanted and right now she wants the Emperor. ---- Jade hasn't been feeling well all day. He didn't like Viche hunting by herself He didn't like that there were General Kentrick's arrows all stuck in the boar when she came back as he already knew what arrows the General carried. He was more irked that Viche didn't mention she was with the General and when he saw them at the banquet standing together he got even more annoyed.
