I also like yogurt, but it has to be yogurt with fruit in it (peach is my favorite) those other yogurt that come plain, but you have to mix I can't eat those for some reason they give me more pain than drinking milk after 2 month of no milk.
Not lactose intolerant, but I hate drinking milk So um~ The only milk I get is the milk that gets put in the bread machine, basically~ Never had any averse side effects from that though.
For some reason I am not a vanilla fan, but there are a few things I do like with vanilla like cookie ice cream and Ice scream sandwich with chocolate and vanilla. I haven't tried tried that is that from a specific brand?
I actually don't know. I have never checked it. My cuisine is full of milk, and my body is full of flatulence. Coincidence? I hope not.
Stomach pain, Diarrhea, Gas, Indigestion, bloating, Nausea. There are more, but I don't know them haven't experienced anything else.
I like eating dairy products, i eat at least 5 different type of cheese every week, I drink milk at least once per day being lactose intolerant would really fuck my lifestyle.
I also read an article saying that as people grow old they'll have a higher chance of developing lactose intolerance. So maybe in the future I'll say bye-bye to dairy products, but for now I'm all good...
I am honestly shocked upon knowing that 65% of the world is lactose intolerant. I don't know a single person who is lactose intolerant >.<. I drink and eat dairy products on a daily basis. I don't drink milk but milk tea and coffee as we make that everyday
