The story begin with the noble girl/woman (not reincarnation or anything) forced to marry a chubby, or plump noble who was looked down upon by other nobles. I don't know anything else other than it was supposed to be a redemption story, since I didn't get to read it for one reason or another and just remembered about it. If you know something similar, then please mention them.
