Yep, same. I always watch Youtube video essays/documentaries while having meals, and have snacks while doing painfully boring tasks. It was starting to get out of hand a year ago, so I stopped keeping snacks in the house and got gluttony to fight with laziness (by having to get out/order online whenever I wanted to eat). It worked so well! No food at hand, no temptations. But then my sis moved in with me a few months ago and alas...
Woah, that requires lots of self-control and sacrifice! RIP. Well... just enjoy the months of snacks again, I guess?
I'm usually super distracted while eating, but I'm just creating stories in my head. I don't like browsing phone and stuff while I eat.
Focused eater, unless attention on the food would make it worse (also known as eating slop). I guess it's a bit of an old habit in terms of savouring good food? Don't like thinking about stuff at all, much less using the phone or whatever.
Does it? I think it just requires being full when doing groceries and having freedom/control over the (amount of) food that gets bought. It's harder when you're living with another person, especially when they keep snacking all the time. Mm...T v T
Hahaha... I admire you for being able to do it anyways. I don't even do the shopping in my house, yet I still can't refrain from buying snacks online... orz
*whispers* You can start worrying about health and stomach problems and all those troublesome stuff when you graduate and/or move out! *cough* I mean, just make sure you drink lots of water while eating and have a decent posture (ie not lying or slouching)! *strokes beard*
