Noooo... Volume 5 will be the last of the "original story" with possible afterstories to come (yay? It doesn't balance out!!!).

Spoiler: Volume 5 spoilers -- WARNING -- Whole volume spoiled in summary form

Volume 5 follows the Ark (A-ku) and Layla (Reira レイラ), their childhood and then a school ark.

First chapter reveals that Ark is actually a reincarnated person, who used to be Japanese and had a very poor constitution so he died young.

At the start, it shows how Mira is obsessing over the child who is "just like Arel" when born, which never gets revisited except for a few mentions how Mira is very doting of Ark and ignores Layla. Following through how Arel trains the twins by having 1 year olds run up a 45 degree incline and having them drink holy water to train up their basic constitution, how at age 5 they fought against the Orc and foreshadow for a wyvern subjugation coming up after (which never gets written about), how at age 8 they went around the world and defeated the Mazoku in the City of Swords (POV twins), the Magic Academy (POV twins), a kingdom being ravaged by a necromancer who toys around with life, creating undead and undead chimeras (one of which has a sickle for one hand, a few different parts and a snake sticking out of the crotch area), where after following the magic being transmitted to the undead to the castle, Ark meets a beautiful girl and her on the verge of being attacked and defeats the undead formerly-human necromancer.

The story then continues on to the travels to the Demon Lord's castle where they beat a few more folks, they witness how much more power Arel has then they currently have and then they return home, where they live a normal life.
At the age of ten, through their Job bestowals, where Ark gets Classless and Layla gets Magic Sword Princess (Mahou Ken Ki("hime") 魔導剣姫) which then shows that having a job actually does increase ones ability to use and learn things and Ark starts to lag behind, so Arel gives him a secret training course.

Two years later, when deciding where to go to school, a pamphlet advertising the Royal School of Magic in another country arrives and the twins go off to school in the kingdom that they saved from the necromancer.
There's another case of discrimination against "Classless", Arel's son gets tossed into E class because he's classless even though in the entrance exam he got an A in the written exam and a S in the practical one where he wiped out a goblin nest with a Goblin Lord in it while a 3rd year student was supervising. Also seen at the same time: that Arel's daughter isn't the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to learning, where she gets an E in the written exam and S practial. Yet because she's a newly-discovered high-tier job holder, she gets placed in the S class regardless.

The school is actually 3 routes. General school, Martial school and Magic school. The only problem? They are fixed routes, so no possibility for the "All six academies" type thing that Arel pulled off. Ark gets recommended the Martial route by his sister while she takes the Magic route.

His first few days are him being bullied at school, to have to clean the room he was assigned to and hallway in front of it by himself (4 people per room, in his case 1 4th year, 1 3rd and 1 1st and him), to have to get food for the upperclassmen in his room, etc., but he enjoys because it's the cliche that he didn't get to live out in his previous life because of how weak he was.

Remember how he was recommended the Martial route by his sister? Only to, after the first week, have her sneak into the male dorm to his room and ask him to change places with her so she can enjoy the Martial school life for a while. (Remember, identical twins, just different genders)

This brings us to Ark being in the female dorm. In a room with 3 girls: The princess Celestia (Serestia セレスティア) he saved that day 4 years ago (4th year), her attendant (4th) and Rikka (1st) who introduces herself as someone whose parents are important people in the royal court in a later chapter.

His sister told Rikka that they would be trading places, so she knows what's up from the get go and helps him go into the baths by telling him when no one is there so he can wash himself so he doesn't go without for the duration of the swap. Only to then not mention the information that the upper years, which Celestine is a part of, usually go to the baths after practical lessons, which coincides with almost immediately after he could take a quick dip, so he uses his stealth ability to go invisible and gets a full frontal nude of his crush, almost dispelling the stealth.

Rikka then moving forward, teases him about it and tutors him on things which his sister did while she was there so he doesn't stand out too much (Calling Celestia with Celes-oneechan, etc.).

After the while passes, he goes back to his Martial classes, only to find out that his sisters imitation of his behaviour is as Chuunibyou as it gets, with her fighting against the upperclassman in his room who wanted to beat Ark because he is classless, only to then be beat by Layla in a circle of beat>heal>repeat until his mind gets broken and he becomes the most loyal and upstanding upperclassman one could ever see. It scared the crap out of the other first year, thinking he might be next, but Ark reveals that it is actually him switching with his sister. He then is regarded as a "great figure" by this friend of his, because he infiltrated the girls dorm (He doesn't reveal the bathing, etc.). Asked by his friend if it could be possible for him to infiltrate the girls dorms too if he crossdresses, Ark tells him that it's unlikely.

The next time it seems like his sister wants to switch, he goes into damage control mode, locking the windows and doors with barriers, to avoid having to confront her because he would probably give in to anything she asks him, only to in the next day receive a letter. Deciding to ignore it, the day after... He receives another letter, with a different writing style adding a P.S. at the end of the letter threatening to reveal what happened if he doesn't show up and change with his sister.

So, they change places again. He goes into class for a day, only to learn that night, that there is a test the next day which he realizes is the reason for Layla wanting to change places, so he powers through learning it all and aims to be "normal" by forcing a 90% score of 450 of 500 points, only to reach first place amongst the first years with Rikka placing third and he asks her if the others are actually trying to learn things which earns him the response in form of the question of if he wants to get killed. The princess holding a "volunteer seminar" self study group, invites Layla(Ark) to join them again and he goes with them. They encounter an undead High Orc which the students beside Ark defeat while he just observes, that then triggers a investigation by the Knights, only to reveal nothing. This event triggers PTSD in the princess, which causes her nightmares and when Ark asks her what's wrong, she explains about the past and about how "she" reminds her of the boy who saved her back then and how it calms her to be near, so she asks to sleep on the same bed.

Sister's side? Well, she gets into a fight with a 3rd year upperclassman who was making fun of Ark being classless and how it's only appropriate he be E class, while the supervising student says that it's strange that he's E and should be S. She sends him flying with a kick to the backside that knocks him out, but not before stopping every one of his attacks from straight up slashes to flying slashes to show off what Ark's power is like. This, as it is not allowed to battle between students on school grounds, ends up with Ark being punished with 1 month of helping the teachers. So, does the sister help? Nope. She runs off to the girls dorm to go back to a leasurely school life.

Ark being back, he asks his friend what happened, learns her behaviour again and mentally writhes in pain when he hears how Layla talked to Celestia and flirted with her like a playboy would, ending the sentence with "kitten" (koneko-chan), which as Celestia was starting to remember the red haired boy who helped her 4 years ago slightly shortcircuited her and she ran off.
As for the reason why the 3rd year senior was going against him, it seems that the supervising senior from the exam wanted Ark to join the "Volunteer seminar" that they're in, only for the invite to be overheard and ridiculed about.
The punishment of helping the teacher for 1 month was just a excuse, as the senior wanted to have a teacher test Ark if he is or isn't for the S class, which results in Ark learning that what his mother taught him was correct: "Ark, most adults are probably a lot weaker than you are so you have to hold back".

So, after the procedures for the move to the S class finish, he join the "seminar" and immediately they have a joint session with the princesses group. This time, in the forest, they are surrounded by undead monsters and after fighting them for a while, the twins decide to head towards the necromancer, only to find out that he had sent a one-eyed giant called a Atlas (evolved Cyclops?) their way, so they fight it. Ark heads off to find the necromancer and finds that it's a Mazoku who was the disciple of the formerly-human necromancer that came to get revenge for his teacher, not believing that a human could kill his teacher. After defeating the disciple, Ark returns to the group and they go back to school.

After a while of "normal" school life, Celes gets called to the castle, only to be told that her fiancee has come around to tell them that he wants to speed up the wedding and have it soon.

Wedding? Yep. After the event 4 years back, the neighboring empire's crown prince, the in the past 20sth year old who had his eyes on Celes since she was a baby, used "politics" to ask for her hand in marriage. As even before the disaster the Empire was about twice as strong as the Kingdom, the King couldn't afford to deny the request that came shortly thereafter, avoiding being declared war upon.

After hearing about it, Layla was astonished, saying that she shouldn't marry him, that she should aim to marry the one her heart wants.

After a while, the wedding was quickly prepared and attendance was limited to select few people, excluding the general public because possibilities of riots of their beautiful 15 year old princess being married off to a fat 30+ year old, but including some students, knights and nobles. And as one would have it, Layla blurted out the statement that she shouldn't be marrying such a fat, ugly, bald ossan, which echoed in the room and which some students joined in to support. The crown prince furious with the words tossed his way, declared that he would wage war upon this Kingdom which has citizens who dare to insult his such.

... Only to soon after have Bahamut, the evil dragon come crashing overhead over the ceremonial area, which Ark and Layla fight back and defeat, which scared the living hell out of the crown prince, about the prospect of such powerful people living in the Kingdom, so he takes back his statement of declaring war, agrees to the king asking him to rescind his demands for marriage with his daughter and runs away while being helped to walk by the knights.

Where did Bahamut come from? Arel was a bit careless when fighting it, thinking he could tame it, but noticing that it's only a mindless beast unlike the others he tamed and let it escape after wounding it while he was in thought.

After the defeat of Bahamut, Arel comes by and the king remembers him, ordering a feast for the one who saved the kingdom in the past and present and after learning that Arel also defeated the Demon Lord adding that to the reasons for celebration.

School continues on "normally", but the next time Layla wanted to change places... The cat was out of the bag. Ark is confronted with Layla and Rikka also being questioned about it at the same time. Celes finds out about the bath, the sleeping together and everything. Ark uses "I was asked by my sister and then blackmailed to continue" -- It's very effective. He agrees to take any punishment for what transpired.
The princess reveals that he will have to take responsibility for his actions. Without stating anything concrete, saying that he will be told his fate after he graduates from the 4th year from now.
