What annoys you when chatting with someone/people? What annoys me the most is senseless shortening of words. Sometimes the shortened word is exactly the same number of letters as the original word. Other times, it just isn't called for or necessary. Fisics- physics, kemis3- chemistry, wif- with, buh- but. Some examples. Some are so annoying. Arghhshhshajsnnsnsnd. I'm not saying text lingo or whatever is bad, some are just annoying.
I have never met anyone who has ever texted those types of things, it annoys me just looking at it so I understand the struggle. I think the biggest pet peeve of mine is when I’m trying to get info out of someone while texting, but they stop interacting because they got distracted and forgot about our conversation ugh.
it rly annoys me when people think im the salad and edible. im not the salad i just feed people salad like smh jeez (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
Wow I've never seen those types of abbreviations in my life. xD I guess it's country-specific thingy? My pet peeve is being left on seen and not being replied to for hours or even days xD But well, I have learned to deal with it throughout the years. That's misleading as you have never fed me salad.
It's not my pet peeve but shortening words remind me of someone. Lemme just tag this person real quick @HazyPrecise I don't have a particular messaging pet peeve, it will usually depend on the person. If I'm annoyed at someone, anything they say is hate-worthy for me Edit: oh wait, I realize I have one and it's excessive third POV talk
That does sound annoying. It might be. Being left on seen is so ughh, especially when it's an important conversation or something and the other party is clearly online. Ahhhhhh Third POV? Never seen someone text that way before hmmm. Imagining it is a bit funny
when people don't reply fast enough. i know it sounds demanding and it is demanding but i normally don't start any convos so if you do, i assume you have enough time for me to do that. if you don't i'd just assume that i'm not worth your time and lose interest in the conversation then i'll find a reason to stop/get away from the convo.
While I have yet to see someone write their entire perspective in third person point of view, I certainly have seen people who address themselves in third person.
I don't have many... But uhn... When I'm talking about a game and people start talking about game characters/items/skills in my native tongue... Like... Why aren't you playing it in English and why do you expect me to know what you're talking about if you're talking about it in non-English? Like, sure, we talk on day-to-day basis on my native tongue, but if you're referring to any game item/character whatsoever, it better be with the English name or I won't have a clue about what you're talking about.
