I feel bad; help me!!

This morning during my physics class, I didn't mean it, I didn't mean it like I didn't mean to make them cry but I feel bad. One guy, I greeted him and told him to smile cause he's always gloomy back then then after that he went to the toilet and cried.
For the other guy, I saw him crying in class, I saw him wiping his eyes then after class he went straight to the toilet. It's because I was talking about a guy (another secret admire of mine) who was so kind to me last night, he even gave me some biscuits and invited me to watch a film and other efforts to make me happy last night, so this guy heard it and cried. I feel bad right now!!!

What should I do?? I don't want to hurt their feelings anymore, I'm tired. I hurt many people, and why? I need your recommendation cause I'm kinda ya know, don't know what to do, I sympathize them but, who should I choose???? All of them are perfect!!!! This perplexity leads me to madness
