I agree with you, she shouldn’t blame Margot but at least at the moment when she thought that, she knew it was wrong, feels guilty afterwards, helped look for him after making Axion fail the first time, and never thought of it again. Callicia elders wanted to lock Hilise up because she was mutated due to her father putting Callicia gems into open wounds he caused and by ingesting it. Others who had also ingested it became monsters and would specifically attack Callicia people so they thought she would be a danger.

She doesn’t have a happy ending with her family but she does with Axion. In this new timeline Diego and Ricardo actually wanted to be close Hilise but she was cold to them. They live at another mansion I believe just so Hilise could be comfortable.

Could be wrong but she doesn't exist because the father doesn't remarry again and bring her into the Inaodan house. After all she's not related to them in any way. So she probably exists but becomes totally unrelated to Hilise.
