So I'm a very impatient person, rather than waiting for it to be translated I rather read it MTL raw.
Does anyone have info on where to read raws?

    To be more specific,
    - Chinese novel raws
    - Japanese novel raws (if this is even possible unless in syosetsu)
    - Korean novel raws (even more impossible)

for Chinese novels, preferably websites that have tagging methods so it's easier to use and search scroll. If not the easiest website you use to read this raw. I don't mind weird ads

Anyway, anyone who has this info please share it with the class, thanks!

Hewwo I mtl a lot lately and so far the site I like best is ---. Easy and clean interface and no weird ads and popups (or at least they don't appear with adblocker on). I haven't tried their tagging and classification system tho so I can't say much about that.

    • just copy the raws if they are available and free in a website (for Chinese --- and for Japanese Soyetsu)
    • and then paste them on google translate
    • or run a machine translation program on the text
    • and if you want to MTL korean novels from Naver or Kakaopage or RidiBooks feel free to get a ticket to travel to Korea right now.
    • Ads and VPN problems + your eyes being screwed are a sacrifice for MTLing
yes it sound easy but it’s actually very hard to do but for MTLing this is basically all you have to do :blobneutral:
for me I read chinese MTLs on MTL sites and mostly read japanese novels with MTL on Soyetsu

Can't write down a long-ass tutorial on how but i sometimes do the russian-english using ranobe website but the collection is not complete they mostly only translate famous k-novels n j-novels.
But i find this more comprehensible rather than JP/KR-EN.
Forgot one more; Jpmtl website. Kinda trashy but you can try. And make sure to rehabilitate your brain after doing raws mtl.

The best way to go about it is to figure out which language interests you the most and actually learn it. It'll give you near-unlimited access to a plethora of books and it'll even be a useful life skill!

My personal choice for this would be Chinese as there are way more of these than every other language combined, and the majority of the ones worth reading are completed. This latter might not seem like much but it means that you don't have to wait for the writer for any updates.
