They didn't mention it in the article, but some dermatologists recommend a shower every other day, or two to three times a week.
I normally shower twice to three times a day. Once in the morning. Just to help me wake up. It’s better than coffee for me. The second is when I get off work. With COVID and other illnesses it’s necessary. Especially since I work in hospitals. The third time is usually every other day because my exercising work outs. Otherwise I shower when needed. Like I get in a mess or something
The majority of the people under fifty shower very consistently. It's pretty infrequent to find people who don't. As they are ostracized into oblivion by anyone with a functioning nose during their formative years. It's the aging people who are generally starting to get careless with their self-care. Don't ask me why I know this. lul
On that note here is a similar thread if ur interested in Nufs hygiene https://forum.novelupdates.com/threads/do-you-take-showers.119688/ U nasty sis
i shower everyday i'm active but i wash my hair every couple days (Asian man with long hair). For example if i went to the gym i would shower that night but if i had the next day off and i just sat in my room all day playing video games i would probably skip a shower that day and shower in the morning before work.
In my opinion, it really depends on the region. When I am in the hot humid tropics and sweat a ton, not showering at least once/twice a day is one of the worst feelings to have. Especially when everyone does so and you will be the only smelly bucket. Febreeze is not the answer, it is an illusion. Now I am in a cool dry temperate region, it really depends on the season on how often I shower. Probably still every day or other day though.
i often shower everyday lol... (except during winter) i just feel dirty if i don't and i also kinda go out pretty frequently so showering is a way to protect myself..
It's extremely hot here, even without doing anything i became sweaty so i need to take a shower daily
