What is the best dish you can cook?

I was told once that everyone should have at least one dish they are good at making I can’t cook but was wondering what you lot would consider your best dish?

 

I can make pretty good risotto and braised beef.

 

Noodles with scrambled eggs and a salad!

 

Fried rice but keep in mind that’s also the highest difficulty cooking I’ve ever done

 

Can make instant noodles, sandwiches and, cook up a pretty mean omelette.

Edit: Forgot to recommend my excellent knife skills. I can chop, dice, mince, slice, julienne and backstab.

 

Oatmeal buttermilk pancakes, or maybe Mac and cheese, neither from a mix

 

Jam

I can cook Spaghetti Bolognese, not very well, but I can.

I make a dish from veggies, eggs and whatever leftover meat/cheese bits I find in the fridge.
Its easy, its fast and its super tasty.
I add ton of chili flakes and some pepper + salt ofc~

 

Omelette.

i can make edible omelette and also fry beef/pork. Those are the only things i need in life anyways lol

I’m iffy about eating egg sometimes I love them other times I just can’t help but think I’m eating aborted chicken foetus and can’t eat them at all

By that logic, animal meat are just corpses that you violated with a sharp object to cut into parts.

on an unrelated note, i think you’ll like to experience eating steamed fertilized eggs. There’s actually a baby fetus inside it.

Sometimes it happens with meat I can’t eat it think it’s disgusting than I’m eating another living creature but it tastes so good
