If u can’t sleep then that means u haven’t binge read enough nu novels. Do u hear it? The NU god is calling for u! Waving at u! Go pay them some respect and pay some tribute by reading some more!

 

I read comedy genre threads until I fall asleep. This is the best example of that.

 

Try harder.

 

For a good starter, don't use your phone. The light is exciting your brain even more, making it unable to sleep.

I would say go for a glass of milk, do some exercise to tire your body or just close your eyes and empty your mind.

 

First off, stop using your phone~~

 

Exercise or read a novel I have already read maybe

 

I do the following if I’m struggling to sleep:
Don’t work or look at screens about 30-60 minutes before sleeping
Switch off lights for some time before going to sleep
Listen to music for sleep
Drink non-caffeinated tea

 

Off phone, light, etc, yeah, no. I'm too impatient for that. So, I just do whatever things I can do at the moment, be it house chores, homework, exercise, reading novels and mangas, whatever. But then again, in my case, whether I sleep on time or not, doesn't really matter.

 

Take a shower. That's what I do anyways
