They are, especially when they have godlike power they never use it fully. For example navels i listed such as Death March kara, he is godlike but when he starts to fight his way of thinking is like someone level below average, he can just probably wave his hand and destroy armies but in story he fights enemies like they are on same level as him. Why are those kind pathetic mc always so careful and it takes them much time to defeat weak enemy when author give mc op powers in beggining of novel.
Why is everyone thinking that i need specifically ruthless mc. All i asked is mc who isnt afraid to kill enemies compared to other novels where mc forgives enemies who came to kill them.

When he was level 1 MC already killed the strongest god and then he's level 300+ and has trouble fighting some low leveled demons and it takes a few chapters until the demon keeps reviving or something... it's not just about his party, even when they aren't there he still has trouble fighting those puny demons...

I’m not sure if it fits your criteria, but “History’s Number 1 Founder” has a MC that isn’t necessarily afraid of danger though he does have an innate fear as all humans do. He knows when to kill enemies and spare enemies. He knows when to save people and to be indifferent. He knows when to avoid danger and takes risks to face danger. Overall a pretty solid MC.
