I’m pretty sure anyone can write stories on Wattpad, but I don’t come there very often so I don’t know how many people would actually find the story and read it... but you can write your own stories there! And people can give comments on specific parts of the stories so readers could help you out

There are a lot bad translations and original novel author writers on webnovel and they write despite their bad english. Just write an interesting enough story and there will be sure some comments trying to correct your english or get really famous with your story and you will get a real editior.

If you can't recruit a proofreader, look for a correcting app like grammarly

Correct Me: it has a free version and for writing it's really nice because it checks your spelling but also proposes synonyms, so you can adjust your writing to get the best word. After the Deadline is good too
Now if you're willing to pay for it you can get better stuff like Hemingway Editor and ProWritingAid

I mean, why not study English?

There should be self-study material etc available.

My native language isn't English either, but I have learned it over the years (school etc.)... so it's not like it's impossible to do.

    UPDATE:
Oh yeah, and if you want to be truly comfortable with English (or other languages), I'd recommend aiming for "being" English... thinking in English, seeing things and experiencing things in English, etc... basically skipping the whole translation phase from your native tongue to English completely.

When I see things, talk, etc. in English, even my inner thoughts and everything is directly in English... I never translate between Finnish and English, but translate my feelings and thoughts directly into English.

Try creating a thread under translators and editors and see if anyone is willing to help out. A lot of people are willing to help out for free if the project is interesting enough

I agree with you. Now, whenever I daydream or think about my story, all of it happens in English. My mind would just conjure the conversation, everything in English. It helps me to overcome the awkward translation from my native language

You could try out prowritingtool, it's good alright. There is a free version.
Another way to improve your writing is to take online courses. Check out Khan Academy. As far as I remember, it was free.

Of course, you could simply stick to writing every day and also reading.
