[rant] Contact Cleaner are too expensive.

Electronics Contact Cleaner the WD-40 ones I'm using just use up too fast and costing 80 rmb for a can or 360ml.

And they used up only after few used.
Do anyone else having wallet pain after using them?

Seriously, although they dose make everything clean, and save time. (save lots of time than opening the parts and brush one by one.)
But they are just too expensive for frequent use. Maybe brushs and vacuum cleaner are still better for me.

 

The only familiarity I have with WD40 is lubing my rifle barrels after cleaning them.

 

you could probably use a can for years. That isn't so expensive. But a can of contact cleaners probably only lasted for 2 to 5 use depends on the size of objects and the amount of dust and oils.
And it cost 13 usd per can.

So basically cleaning once cost about 2 to 5 dollars.

 

i see it for ~ 10 € (should be roughly 12 $) at amazon thought 400 ml instead of 360 but that wont help you so it looks like they charge the same prices wordwide
but i cant tell if they ship it or produced locally
