Hey this looks interesting, but your explanation might be too simple after all.

I would say this tutorial would be the best explanation available if you ever wants a complete tutorial on how to advertise something. Best thing is that it also have targeted audience, like for example, how to advertise in forums, on your own site, or even through Google AdSense.
