Would you like a butterfly elephant as a pet?

No. I don't want unrealistic things as a pet. I wouldn't want a butterfly or an elephant. So why would I want a combination of both???

 

Not before I see pigs fly would I get an elephant fly.

Aerodynamic shape, and it leaps and glides but doesn't actually fly. That elephant won't fly (in both senses of the word), at least, not with that bulk, body shape or small wingspan relative to body size. And let's not forget thin, preferably hollow bones...
