Recommendations Where mc's system turns him into a supporting role

I'm looking for a novel where the main character is tasked by a system to collect a harem or a group of people and is required to help them improve before he gets his reward. A good example of what I am looking for would be a manhua called (I became a system) which focuses on a mc in another world and is asked to collect a bunch of female leads into a team to fight a bunch of demons.

History's Number 1 Founder if i remember it correctly. He doesn't actually teach them though. He just searches for MC level OP characters as students so he can give them the cultivation manual given by the system. The MCbrewards him based on how many students he has and on how strong they are.
