Spoiler: Character spoilers of 'A Way To Protect You, Sweetheart' and 'Villainess Lives Twice' Like I said before, the circumstances of the respective male leads are different so making a comparison over their approach and decisions is utterly pointless. By 'circumstances'... Dietrian is the 23 year old ruler of a suppressed principality while Cedric is a 27 year old war hero with a lot of independent power at his disposal. Josephina's lackeys treat Dietrian like sh*t but the latter can't retaliate because he has too much at stake (like Enoch's cure at that time). If Cedric wants something, he doesn't even need to ask; he has the power to do what he wants and just send a report for the sake of formality. The emperor can never directly mess with Cedric 'cause he holds most of the empire's military force under his command. Tia had to frame him for high treason in order to diminish his standing. Dietrian's side is totally weak and will be completely eradicated if they engaged in war. In a nutshell, Dietrian and Cedric are total sweethearts but their circumstances and way of doing things are way too different. As for "her brother was the one who ordered the FL...", Lawrence isn't smart enough to order the FL. Tia's too much ahead in the game for his brain to keep up with her, let alone order her. The best he could do is play the role of 'loving brother' in order to keep her motivated. That's why he tried to kill her, the sole evidence of his illegitimacy and lack of intellect, at the expense of his infant child. Either way, the one who chose to condemn Cedric in the first timeline was Tia and she acknowledges it. The only similarity in both stories is truth dawned on the female leads by the end of their first life so they spend the second timeline helping and supporting their respective partners even if it meant death (Even the 'death' part varies since Leticia is cursed and would rather die than kill the ML while Tia is suicidal because she doesn't know how to live beyond the being someone's tool)

I was mistaken so my apologies. In either case Leticia was used as Lawrence's tool in her first life. Doesn't matter that he didn't tell her exactly what to do in her previous life, he was still ordering her to do the deeds ever since their mother told her her happiness depended upon supporting her brother. Also I've been told that Lawrence is indeed intelligent since he was able to eventually understand what Tia was doing in her second life even though he doesn't remember a previous life. If it's true that he was able to understand that quickly I doubt that he all of a sudden became more intelligent than he was in Tia's previous life. And with that I'll stop here.

guys read this my brain is rotting from this fluff i hate couples (leticia telling diet she doesnt want to divorce after 6 months) Spoiler: ch 131 and 132 . ch 131 josephina was getting dressed for the banquet and remembered that when julius died he said, “no everyone will be happy” and thought abt how she choose diet to marry leticia because he would be the one to hate her most she was holding a banquet to show that the saint was okay cause of the tumors going around that saint was hiding some ominous oracle the royal family will also attend this banquet including 1st wing - prince callisto who hates josephina and never fully considered her his master. she called noelle to go to the banquet to show everyone how strong her 9th wing is meaning that she is still strong and a saint. noelle visited the slums where she used to live and saw the children who came to her calling her sister, she felt herself calm down but was still feeling scared and guilty for leticia. the guy sent by the saint came to call noelle but she didnt want to go at all. she was saying goodbye to the kids when a breeze blew, ahin’s wind spirit came to her to relay his message and noelle started crying saying “i wasnt alone” means she wasnt the only wing leticia has dietran dreamed of julius and him being the same age and saying “hyung didnt you know we’d meet again?” “dietran” “even though i thought youd never come back. you left alone. its too much.” julius looked happy. dietran felt this dream was too real.
