Hypothetical weirdest gift you will give

I saw an ad for hemorrhoid cream recently. Immediately I thought of getting one as a gift would be hilarious.

Any hypothetical weird/fun gifts you would give?

Weird stuff I gave as gift...

I think the weirdest might be a custom alarm clock hand made from an old electrical alarm clock and a full police siren that was screwed on it. The alarm was connected to the siren so that it would wail when the alarm ring (light flashing and siren blaring).

It was a gift for a cop friend that was notoriously bad at waking up ...

I also made custom t-shirt and hoodies for some friends with their minecraft characters skins on it... And gifted a lot of other "Unique" things (like an mint state april 1975 Luke Cage, Power Man #29 comic for the 30th birthday of a friend who used "Mr Fish" as his internet pen name)...

I'd gift someone printer paper!!
When I was little, I really cherished printer paper. I didn't have much at home and basically only used the blank backs of random assignments and such from the last year at school. "recycling", almost.

I could never bring myself to draw on such precious printer paper either, though it might not be as precious to other people (which is why I don't gift people printer paper XD).

The receiver of the gift has probably never read a marvel comic in his life (he is from St Malo in France and called himself Mister Fish because his parents had a fishery there) but he used quite a lot of times the sentence "don't laugh I'm a noob" while being really bad at some games online, so I searched on the web for this old comic where there is a villain called Mr Fish that use the zinger "nobody laugh at Mr Fish" and gifted it to him on his birthday...
And he framed it and still has it in his "gaming den" as he call it.

I think i find some gag present page before in JP languages. There's this soda can disguised onahole in it which i think can be pretty good prank gifts.
Also thoughts of giving someone a wig, said wig special skin glues, and hair tonic.
