Well, not that I approve of that shit, but how much brainwash does guy 1 have to be to change its natural gender for guy 2?
There are many points like
If the change is such that "he" could become "pregnant," it would be "normal" to some degree because then everyone could be one of the two biological sexes.
In today's days it would be like this:
If it is only for appearance then it is sick. First, how did Guy 1 know that Guy 2 really goes out with him after undergoing a plastic surgery, then there is the way, how much is possible. There are "guys", there is little need for the face and around the tits and hips, but there are "female" who can see after a surgery, that it could be a man.
