    If you look at the LEGAL reason why it makes sense and i can agree with it....however the moral reason not so much

    He went to jail and everything. Sucks for him and his family if he was really innocent all along.

    no he wasnt its the weird thing about law, Everyone in the US should have 3 things, innocent til proven guilty, due process, and a fair trial. His due process was violated because he aided the DA office with the civil proceeding but when the DA retired the new DA took the evidence gathered from Cosby's cooperation [5th amend violation] and brought criminal charges days before the statute of limitations ran out. Fair trial was not possible because of the timing with the #metoo movement
