Reposting here: It was an apocalyptic world/arc where the MC has healing abilities, but every time he heals an injury, his body gets damaged as a effect. So MC becomes friends with a soldier( ML is the general) and they become close. The ML left to go on a mission and the soldier( maybe a little brother or nephew to the ML) takes care of the MC because of the MC’s weak body. When the ML comes back, the soldier was carrying the MC because of his bad condition to meet up/see the ML but the ML misunderstood the situation between the MC and the soldier when the MC said something similar to “you went too hard” (though the MC was talking about the pressure that the soldier had used when he grabbed onto the MC) this led to the MC believing that the soldier and MC did the dirty and so the ML got incredibly angry and gave a punishment to the soldier and carried the confused MC away.
Could it have been one of the arcs of Everyone Knows I'm a Good Person? It sounds vaguely familiar but I'm not sure about the healing part...
