Spoiler: Side Story 5

This Side Side is a pov from the <Flower of Hell> (Yes, that book where Sylvia is the MC and Cassis died for real and Roxana knows about it from the start etc etc) except in this SS the story of Flower of Hell is from Roxana's perspective.

Basically in this story, Roxana's first meeting with Cassis was a little too late, Cassis was already 'toyed' with by the evil step-siblings and was tortured but Roxana still fell for him at first glance (she didn't know it was love) and she worked hard to finally win him. The Roxana here is weaker and is not as strong/powerful/cunning compared to the usual Roxana, so she took some time to finally get him and when she did he was more or less broken, the evil step siblings had tortured him too far that he's like an empty shell. This is when told him, as he now belong to her, she will love him until the day he dies.
(She also does her best to take care of his wounds and treats him affectionately protect him)

And she really actually did, it was even a little obsessive kind of love but I found it rather sweet that in either world (Flower of hell and main story), Roxana had always loved Cassis to death.

This SS is definitely my favorite among all Side Stories. It's so much... bittersweet emotions

Because she acknowledged him as her brother and treats him as one in a family filled with indifference towards others and parents who don’t even care about their offspring. He’s close to her because she cares for him even though it’s not much unlike the rest of the family

 

Erm im sorry but im a lil puzzle of what happened ;-; i mean what exactly happens after ch 70? To me its like it jumped from agriche's fall and then suddenly in side story Roxana suddenly had amnesia ;-;-;-; im super confused here
