Not uncommon unfortunately. Especially when I sooo hungry that I don't bother chewing properly or when the food is so hot that I do this by mistake
Every month or so. It also doesn't help that I have unusually sharp teeth, causing the interior of my mouth to have this stinging wound that takes a few weeks to heal.
It doesn't happen often. But what's frustrating is once it happens, I keep biting the already swollen lip. fml
Fortunately not often... but UNFORTUNATELY, the time that I do it OFTEN was when I get a sore in my mouth... for for some reason, I unintentionally bite that painful as sh** sore every 5 chews for so....
Unfortunately, i do that often during my sleep. Aparently, I have the habit of grinding my teeth in my sleep.
I chew the inside of my mouth subconsciously all the time. It's one of my habits. I used to get a lot of scolding in classes cause my teachers thought I was eating gum. But I just chew it, I don't bite. Biting is painful.
I have got ulcers/blisters for most of my life. Sometimes, they tend to stay for months. Recently, in addition to the inside of the lips and cheeks, my tongue has also come under attack. Make sure that you don't have an issue of bruxism.
