Resolved An awkward smutty scene I remembered

Okay, this is awkward but you know those times when one particular scene for some unknown reason keeps replaying in your mind from some random novel you read like some song from distant memory, currently am in that loop.
Some years ago, I was totally into female cultivation novels and among the many had read one which had this ONE particular *cough* *cough* scene.
The FL and ML were on an adventure under the sea and FL was poisoned with something that would kill her if she stops *cough* mating for the next some hours. At the same time ML had to absorb something like an inheritance which couldn't be delayed, so there was this scene where he sat cross legged meditating and ahe *cough* kept mating for hours till he was done with his 'whatever he was doing'. And then he takes matters into his own hands and soon she feels the urge and she expresses that to him like that umm... And so on, he understands, goes to the next room in the cave(??) And with a wave of his hand, the water recedes and he holds her, still doing the thing, facing outward and she pees *dies coughing*.
Yel, this super awkward scen has been replaying in my mind and I don't know why. I am not even thaat into smut but don't mind reading that might have mature content and occasionally did read some in the past. So, this is super awkward but please help me out.
Only thing am sure is the protagonist is female and that is a cultivation novel with romance.

The scene started with with gal doing one of those T.V. workouts. Next thing you know the guy from the workout video is enticing the gal to sit on the T.V. once he succeeds, he plesures with his hands leading to him fully crawling in side her. Dont remember much after that but that scene has inhabited a dark corner of my brain for damn near 30 years

Nope I was mistaken . This is a SMUT novel with an arc based in cultivation world. The MC had to go to different worlds to capture the male lead (or rather his fluids). This one is a master - disciple setting. Yep master in the cult. And she was inflicted with poison which required her to copulate for 7 days and 7 nights or die.
