I remember reading this with machine translation. It's based on a common template but there are a few changes which I appreciated 1. One of MC's companions being an older male(the ogre) instead of the entire party just being his harem members 2. Some character development and redemption for the MC's former party members and the 'hero'. Initially they(especially the hero) are arrogant and dismissive towards MC but they gradually accept their mistake and realise that they were at fault.
