Well, this was really confusing and awfully vague aha. I thought you meant people were sexually aroused by fujoshis lmao...
Of course I'm talking about characters and fiction here, just like you guys. But also those Japanese exchange student fujoshis I ran into that one time who started giggling in the background when I was fighting with my brother.
The terms you use are really.... In the first place pairing two people into relationship, whether it's bg or bb, is called shipping. That's not a fetish. People tend to use fetish to abnormalize things. Whether it's a boy boy or boy girl, if they are shipped in front of their faces, when they are clearly just good friends, they would all feel uncomfortable. It doesn't have anything to do being gay or not. Now about being arroused. People watch p0rn. Did you not know? People get turned on by beating each other, strangling etc. So I really don't get OP's point.
Oh! Ok then, so from what I understood, ur talking about fujoshi fetishizing gay men or like men with eachother in general? :^D
Yes that's the term. Shipping. Fujoshis, ie the people shipping men together, are the target of interest for one with a fujoshi fetish. Strangling is a fetish. Beating people up, also a fetish. Seeing a women shipping men together and feeling attracted to that specifically, would be a fetish. Another step down the meta, with those fujoshi being the target of interest for a guy with a fujoshi fetish.
I’ve come to learn that anything can be a fetish. So probably one person out there is attracted to the fujoshi archetype specifically. I assume you are talking about the kind of fujoshi you see in anime that ships random people as long as they’re hot
Yeah, I don't care at all about how people are in reality. The reason I don't specify anime specifically is because VTubers and entertainers are included in it. I guess specifically Japanese style fujoshis?
OOH so like, some people find Fujoshis, women who fetishize Yaoi, hot? Wot? I get it, but don't get it.
Ok let me explain it in simple terms from what I understood, It's not about fujoshi fetishizing men. It's about a fetish (fujoshi fetish) that fetishize fujoshiez.
