My Iyashikei Game (can't link, haven't posted enough) is a sci-fi, though not tagged so.

It focuses more on the horror theme, but the 'timeline' of the story is in the human-AI integration era. In fact, the game was supposed to be a hyper-realistic second world and such, but... the horror started.

It's very nice. MC is super smart and capable. No romance as of chap 350+

There's no harem up to chapter 600 no romance either he did interact with like 1 or 2 "jade like" skin people but they had no impact on the story or whatsoever they ain't even love interests
