What do ya'll use to access the internet.

Somewhat redundant question I know but my family only uses data. My mom is adamant on not getting a router cause she says I'll spend all my time on my laptop using it. What do you guys use to surf the web?

That said, at home I use wifi, on the go I use data. If I can, I will also use wifi when on the go

Sorry, what? Are you asking if people use wifi or cellular data for mobile phone internet?

Or are you asking if we use wifi/usb tethering from our cellular for internet on our pcs?

Wifi when at home (or a wired internet connetion, in the case of my PC), mobile data on the go.

Same thing was said by my parents. It was a horrible debate between my sisters and my parents (I was excluded cause my I had bad results in the last exams). My 2nd sister even cried but my dad totally acted like he's got some hearing problem which he doesn't and his brain wasn't functioning as he was just repeating "What? Eh? Hmm?" while playing Candy Crush. Later the debate ended in a draw(?) ig cause there was literally no communication between them. 2 months later my sister ordered the everything online on her own, informed my mom about it the day before delivery while my dad was away from home cause of work. He learned about this 1 month later when he got back. Now we have wifi at home, mom pays the bill, dad doesn't fuss anymore cause it's quarantine and we've got all sorts of online activities. Moral of the story: Save some money, get your own wifi, pay the bill for 2 months, your parents will come around later. But of course you gotta have your sibling's support before anything else.

 

Maybe you should add a wired connection to the list since I suspect a lot of people use a direct wired connection for pc use.

 

Well I got no siblings however I have no methods of online payment available to me so that's a no go. I'm content right now.
