Yes, but it seems they are making fun of me ☹️. (Although this may be attributed to the fact I’m very scared of other people)

 

Rather than "disregarded", I often feel it's more... "not enough appreciation because they don't realize how much effort you put in" thing.

 

You can solve that by messing them up “accidentally” which they will then appreciate your help

 

Find people who will appreciate your help and help them instead.
