I search a story when it's the female who wear the pants in the relationship. Like a story with a female emperor (like in men of the harem ) or a story like empress mother but the empress stay the top. Or she can be a ceo (or others work) but it's not obliged or even a matriarchy. But it's not obliged to have the girl be in a position of power it can be a story like Yeon Woo's Innocence , when the boy is the shy and cute one while the girl is the cool ice prince type is nice too. It's quite similar to Overlord but with a female MC. One day, the MC wake up in the body of her game avatar and she was transported to another world, not the game world, but another random fantasy world. With her, all the subordinate from her guild came along, and the floating island (the guild's base) where there is her palace and her city aswell. The problem is that she and her subordinate are way too powerful compared to the citizen of this world, and it looks like that her fanatical subordinate wants to conquer the world and give it to her. So the MC will enjoy this world as a powerful being, while being careful to calm her subordinate to prevent the world destruction. The way they engaged the other kingdoms and how they now fear her is quite well made and funny.
