How do you guys handle yourself when you're really mad and can't think straight? Or how do you deal with others who seem really angry? For me, I have a punching bag in my room so I usually unleash my rage on that or go watch something online.
Swallow it. Don't let it show. Calm myself down. ...am i never got those maddening rage, or my control over it doesn't allow it to irrationalize me? One of the two
Take it out on someone you can't handle. When they reciprocate in kind, you will cool automatically down.
I try to control myself, try to calm down, ignore it and think of something else, if everything fails I just let the anger out (I end up making a scene or in a fist fight, I try to evade such things so usually my control over my anger is pretty good)

If it's me getting angry, i either read a book, watch a movie, or play a game. And then eat something sweet, ice cream or chocolate preferably. Dealing with other people is even easier: i "turn my filters off". I tend to be a blunt-no-holes-barred-heartless-prick when i turn them off.
