Summary of first 7 chapters of Manhwa: Background of MC: Spoiler: Background of FL She was a hustler in previous life too. An assistant in prestigious university. She use to make fabricate applications there. Then she become a fund manager and car-dealer by changing her identities. She became a famous scammer wanted by authorities and changed her identity again to become a wife of chairman of a conglomerate. Got bored of it quickly and sold his shares by her name. Was trying to run overseas with money but got killed by chairman at age of 28 and isekaied to this new world with magic instead of technology. Here she was born poor but with her previous life talents, magic and learning new skills to learn poisons (therefore called “Viper”) got known as Faceless Criminal. She doesn’t know her name here, grew up on streets Spoiler: Background on ML He is of imperial blood, known as muscles for brain 3rd in line to throne after current emperor’s child and emperor’s younger brother. According to rumors in kingdom, he is discarded by imperial family due to and given a cold north territory to fight battles continuously and title Grand Duke which is very well protected territory (like half of the manhwas out there, but just without brains but smart butler). story on manhwa: Spoiler: Story summary till Ch 7 - Manhwa ML comes find FL (blond hair, green eyes), who is on a death row in a dungeon she deliberately got prisoned in. ML proposes FL to help him make emperor in exchange for reward and Land. FL accepts though next morning escapes using a hidden fork (burning it and turning it to key). ML sees she escapes with his imperial ring (bestowed on birth with royal blood, which is as important as their life) and multiple treasure hidden below the dreadful prison in his territory(fyi, she runs away via sewage drain). But due to wittiness of ML’s butler, they put a slave enchantment on FL controlled by ML (ML was reluctant in putting it but he did because she can’t be trusted). He calls her back with it. FL plans to use the ring to become unknown illegitimate princess of Hexen empire(same as ML’s imperial family, his name is Resid Hexen) because of the imperial treasure, but soon she gets in pain and tries to guess which poison it is According to meal served and her symptoms like almost paralysis. ML finds her and soon her symptoms stops. ML still let her keep the imperial ring saying, as even though she has the ring, he has her now. ML tells her again that he wants to become an emperor, and FL has no choice here so she has to accept. FL realises that there is some serious reason for him to become emperor even though he knows he isn’t capable. ML carries her like kidnapper because she could run away again. Ch 4 end ML and FL are travelling in carriage, ML asks for her real name but FL replies she doesn’t have any or wasn’t given (previous life might have but after isekai she was on streets as orphan). FL asks ML to give her a name as she working under him now, and ML replies he will ponder over it and tell her, also pities her wondering if it would have been different if she grew up with family. FL tries to find out from ML what poison he gave her but he doesn’t reveal and thinks that he can’t tell her that it is actually a “slave contract”. One more thing FL says that previously she didn’t think she was suitable to aid him but changed her mind(when talking about giving name) ) after observing how he meticulously entered poison in her food. (FL doesn’t know yet it is slave contract. ML smell bad odor from FL’s run-away clothes due to sewage and in classic rich fashion orders clothes in a store “from here to there”. End of ch 5. Upon asking, FL tells that she has been taking care of orphanage from all money swindled and didn’t have luxury to get dresses. She is very timid here and FL request a woman to help her with this, ML is moved by her but after waiting for a long time realises his butler’s word (butler is godsend for this guy) about not trusting FL’s word or actions. ML finds the women tied up and FL had run away. ML interrogates the women and women replied that she asked for a way to go to outskirts. ML finds out that the region is risky and activates the enchantment (or magic circle) to track her. FL encounters a big guy and almost beats him with swiftness and few tricks but gets paralysed. The guy thinks she has drugs and tries to find it in her but ML arrives and kills him, asking FL why she is lying on ground (bcoz dumbass made her paralysed).
