So i read the manga until before she became arachne (can't remember exactly). I just finished watching 24 episodes and now i want to read the novel so there's more content (to know what's next). I don't really want to start reading from 1st chapter so im hoping someone can tell me which chapter in the novel is the anime chapter 24 ending? When i tried browsing chapters i found a note saying "returns to chronological order" in one of the chapters... so i'd like advice on how to read this please . Reading from chapter 1 is last resort. Maybe from where the chronological order was mixed-up? (which chapter?)
From beginning... Believe me, kumo is so much better when read from beginning, because manga and anime skipped a lot of details, especially her monologue, which is actually the strongest, most unique things about kumo's novel. You won't get the same experience as you did when you read the manga or watch the anime. Both are quite good adaptation compared to most novel adaptation, but the novel version of kumo are even better than both anime and manga adaptation. @raiou , after listening to my passionate advise, if you don't read the novel from beginning, then we are not a web friends.. Naiwaaaaaaa
A moment earlier, I was thinking it would've been great if you had ended your suggestion with 'Naiwaa'. Who knew you were an esper.
Light novel Vol 1 https://www.amazon.com/s?rh=p_66:9780316412896&field-isbn=9780316412896 chapter 1 Starting With a Bang
Just read it from top to bottom on the first TL. Then bottom to top on the second one. They skipped a ton of important scenes if you want to read the WN.
I had a feeling I would wake up to this XDDD. Yosh I'll do it! I'll just psych myself up before doing so. XD Thank you everyone, I shall heed your advice. DD
Naiwa is the catchphrase of kumo in novel, almost every chapter ended or started with her screaming naiwa. What makes me disappointed the most with anime adaptation is that they removed 99.999% of the scene when she screamed this.. they removed a catchphrase... The anime is good, but without the catchphrase, it just a mediocre story for me.
