If the world or at least civilization end and there are no written record or video or audio. What are the things future archeologist will get wrong?
Thats an interesting question! Well done. I guess they could pull an Ariel… But honestly. They probably believe we use to worship TV as alters. Or neckties as torture device. Which wouldn’t be to far off. Lol
Will. If the technology that revive still the same as today worlds. I just hope their not think that all manga or anime collection is something real.
Alot. It would be almost impossible to get an accurate answer to a theory made on the past or deduce from our remains what might or might not have happened. History is generally about utilising written documents and gleaning from them information of the past. Without those, it would be impossible to say nearly anything. I think a semi-good example is the bronze age collapse. We know from archaeological evidence that war happened and from a Egyptian text we know that a war against the "sea peoples" occured. But other than that, we don't have real hard proof on why the bronze age empires and states collapsed. With archeological evidence, if no written text to provide context exists, then it's hard to say why a couple of cities burned and why there might have been war. We just know that something did happen, but we don't have the context to place that piece of information in.
They'll probably wonder how all those weird gadgets you can buy from internet works. You know, like those weird vegetable cutters and stuffs.
They will think that Charlie Chaplin tried to conquer the world, Amazon forest was the richest place on Earth, humanity has expanded throughout the universe, Chtullu was the name of a sleeping primordial god, Shub Niggurath was a brocon old goddess with big titties and Morgan Freeman was God Almighty. Don't underestimate the power of human boner. This figurine will last two thousand years in some otaku's basement. 10,000 years if the basement itself survives and the figurines never see the light of day.
Probably everything, they will be probably talking about missing links of history or something like that
