The mom is so fucked up omg, especially when she went after her friends husband like girl??? Ur friend literally was so nice to u and after her death, ur going after her husband?? ain’t no way…
So the 'Blonde' is referring to the maid. Her name is Henrietta FL is older by 3 years. 1. Seems like FL's mom is already poisoning the Duke and the ML. For FL it didnt matter if he(the duke) lived or died since he was already poisoned. 2. FL's mother had already been killing her husband when she she was young. At some point FL became an accomplice on her mothers murders. IMHO, it looked like FL's mom groomed her to be like that, she made FL to be dependent or attached to her. 3. Not sure. FL is talented, as she was already a wizard when she was younger, and she had a large amount of mana. So she's just basically strong when it comes to wizardry. She made a remote-activated bomb that killed both the duke and her mother + coachmen. 4. To each their own I guess, at the end of the day its just work of fiction. Some people might enjoy reading this some may not. For me tho, as long as the story, plot, characterization are well written and delivered, I'd probably enjoy it regardless of the norms or how others deem it being f*cked up(ofcourse I had my own limit to how much f*cked up the setting of the story I would read)... ML fell in love with FL at first sight, so the events that happened after is probably not enough for him to dis-love FL.
im confused of the FL's parents i mean where did she get her silver hair? her mom's has blonde while her dad's has black or it is just natural for her to have silver hair since she's a wizard and has lots of mana?
That s tempting novel, the fl tried to save ml? Because based on spoiler, it seems the duke alr got poisoned, it s no use to save his life now, so the fl tried to kill the mother to save the ml, it seems mother used the magic to make man fall for her and she keeps doing that to get into higher place, who know after the duke, it can be the emperor later.
if fl really killed both her mother and stepfather, why she cried so hard and acting like "oh i should've asked my mother so i can die with them" and i read some spoiler too that the ones that killed the duke and her mother was her step-bro cz he likes her. so, which one is right?
Well she does have to play the role of the grieving daughter doesn’t she? Imagine she didn’t cry at her own mother’s funeral and then someone shows up later saying it wasn’t an accident but murder, she’d look like a suspect. Of course there was no way for her to know someone would show up claiming it was murder, but as the murderer she needs to establish as much innocence right?
Y'all, so FL was sneaking to ML room to read his Diary.. - it was a part of the diary that's written by ML, that when he came to check the wagon, he found out that wheels of the wagon was a little loose. AND a good idea came to his mind. - But then, the ML came so the FL stop reading the diary and went on a hiding under a desk? Or so. Then, the ML get naked then masturbate. Y'all so the FL witnessed everything. A full view.
Well, I think most of the scenes in the novel is smut, so maybe manhwa will be smut too. If not, it is too short for the main story to progress. Just an opinion. I am not sure either. Lol.
I mean, based on the first few chapters it does look like MC was genuinely emotionally dependent on her mom. When she breaks down at the funeral and runs off she’s thinking “even if she cared about her own happiness more than me, she was still my mom”. It seems like the MC just hit a tipping point where she couldn’t stand by and do nothing anymore, especially as it was clear her mom was never going to stop. Mc WAS fond of several of the people her mom had gotten out of the way, and she’s plenty old enough to be considered culpable. My guess is that her genuine dependence on her mom prevented her from outright exposing the woman, hence the roundabout murder. Wishing she’d gone along and died with her is probably a combo of guilt (from her recent actions and her mom’s murder spree) and the fact that her entire life’s been trailing behind her mother desperately trying to not be abandoned.
