basically a mc who acts like he doesnt know anything and struggles but in reality he is the one behind everything/ knows the truth. also he enjoys it. or maybe the mc remains the most mysterious throughout the story. survival game/horror or any other genre is fine. just no yuri or harem you can recommend any story if the match even one of the condition. or maybe your fav horror survival story lemme give you an example (spoiler alert) . . . . . . . . the mc from the manga/anime naka no hito genome/the ones within( i only read the manga so i dont know if they changed in the anime) the mc or the real iride was the culpirt all along. altho the mc himself didnt know in the story but he enjoyed it. he was anything but normal. rather he was excited.

Hell app The MC is downright sick! He enjoys seeing others in pain. He goes into instances. In first instance, he is responsible for indirect killing of other people and he enjoys it. First he acts like he is innocent. And when death happens he creepily starts laughing and says he knew the clue but still didn't tell them. There was 1 more girl there who thought MC was nice but she gets shocked. She later tells the others on the app about this creep (our MC) Our MC was like oh shit now I have to pretend to be nice and gets a new makeover hairstyles change. Coz girl described him in detail. MC suffers from illness here, if anyone is in pain and dies he enjoys it very much. In the middle because of instances he would have to act like he is helping them and when he does, he gets sick and starts vomiting. Overall he is disgusted
