Relatives are a weird bunch of people. You can't get rid of them, and from time to time, you yearn for them. But at the end of the day, you understand that no matter how close you are to them, you are gonna drift to an extent

 

Yup at last I am the only one who has to face the humiliation.

 

I actually don't really feel humiliated tho... Embarrassed at times, perhaps. But at the back of my hand, I think of the time when I had a good time with them.

If you never did, then you should stop association with them.

 

They are my relatives I am unable to do anything against them.
So I prefer to avoid them mostly

Depends who they are, I honor my mom and respect my siblings. But I love talking shit and have no shame, don't start shit and we will be just fine. I love my family and I have no problem expressing my opinions or vice versa.

 

I act quite UTR at family gatherings and try to talk 1 on 1 with my relatives rather than be a group voice.

Well yes if their are my friends I am comfortable with them

 

since the relationship between 'my family' and 'my relatives' are terrible
the only reason i visit them or talk to them is only because of my grandpa
i either try to keep my distance as far a possible with them
or keep a stoic and unapproachable face
and sometimes i even ignore them right in front of their face
and since i have nephews i go play with my nephews and cousins and try to be a good family specifically to the young nephews and cousins since i don't want to fight fight like my parents and the parents of NC(this is short form for nephews and cousins since i'm too lazy to right that sentence again)
even if i don't do the things above they try to stay away from since i hit my growth spurt (still growing) and is as tall as my uncles and a little bit scary due to my body build or huge fat body

 

I try to be invisible and intagible ( I'll leave the house as long as they are there.)
