Better, but not as satisfying as before (when Jimin was the translator). You could still spot some naming mistakes you see often in MTL version (like Kwon Jae-in → the author, and so on)

Well, that's good. Because, honestly, I was having trouble reading the first few chapters due to the messy translations. I stopped reading it but I guess I'll read it again knowing that the translations are getting better.

 

...wait do you mean before chapter 65? I think they will never touch them anymore, what I meant before is they only edit chapters after Jimin's translation

 

Well Memorize finally got a new translation group starting over from chapter 1 so who knows

Did the translation quality improve at chapter 150's

 

Hmm haven't continued reading after the change in translator, but after taking a quick skim.... well at least it's properly edited, there are some minor mistakes you'd notice if you also read the unreadable MTL version (e.g. "the enemy" should be referring to "Red Tiger" but they left it be) but it's no biggie and you can still understand things well.
Since they're back to editing MTL (not real translation like before) I might wait until they reach the latest MTL chapter I've read; edited or not I can understand it all the same anyway

I'm still going to read some mtl chapters sometimes, even though I do not understamd what is going on in half of them

 

Even when half of it is unreadable, the half i can understand makes me laugh and get excited, which is a sign of a good novel

If you ask "all chapters", well they left the mtl early chapters untouched, but I guess the later chapters are passable, much better than those mtl obviously.

Sadly even the newly hired translator also gave up translating this novel, so they're currently searching for other translators willing to do this gem of a novel
I truly hope novelmultiverse doesn't resort to "edited" mtl anymore

Edit: Oh wait, a new chapter today. They've got a new translator. And the new translator is going to edit from ch 1?? I'm crying in happiness

 

I saw this novel mentioned in a review of another novel. So I decided to check it out.

I'm usually ok with MTL, but for some reason it was making me angry reading this novel. Dunno if its I'm not used to Korean mythology, Korean MTL, or what. But I persevered. Caught up. And at least names aren't changing every paragraph.

I've read it and saw all the unacceptable MTL have been edited to a readable work. Although my only problem is that some chapters where they rearranged the first name and surname in opposite order as well as some names that could have been translated instead of just romanized and vice versa. All in all, translation is good enough to read compared to trash in the past it's more than good enough.
