I was traumatized and disgusted by the character played by Eva Green, and in general the atmosphere of the film. I thought it was going to be a normal horror movie ... I thought badly

Not exactly traumatized but there are animes I wouldn't watch... again because of the bad taste they left me to savor unwillingly.

    5 Centimeters Per Second
Blue Literature (No Longer Human Arc)

I used to eat my meaty lunch while watching that and Final Destination back when I was in my teens... Now I can't stomach it although I was reminded of them when I read Apartment for Rent (CN Novel) recently.

Watched a seinen anime, where a pre-teen character told her history of getting raped or flogged ...don't remember the name either, her story was traumatic.

Also watched a part of Blair Witch Project, and since then I have always avoided horror movies. (except zombie movies, like resident evil, which falls more in the catagory of suspense)

traumatized? So not in good way?
hmm some trashy movie I watched when I was still in elementary, only rmb 'there was a hand coming out of the toilet and beheaded ghost kinda'. Traumatized me and I still watching the toilet hole everytime.

    And Scissors.
Since then, I had this nightmare of being manipulated and not in control of my own space and myself.

Don't watch it if you're underage. Sometimes I wish I could un-watch it...
